KNY after-school classes are geared towards students in grades K-3, but we can accommodate up to grade 5.
Yoga participants will learn basic yoga poses while maintaining a playful, fun class experience through games, props and music.
Classes focus on building confidence, strength and self-regulation skills while linking classroom learning with yogic principals.
Kids are encouraged to express themselves while learning the basic yoga principle of respect to self and others.

KNY sessions typically run 9-14 weeks.
Classes meet once per week and are approximately 60 minutes long.
Class sizes are small; no more than 12 students per class so your child can receive individual attention.
KNY curriculum includes over 50+ Poses of the Week (P.O.W.'s), 20 breathing techniques and 20 mindfulness practices.
KNY program costs vary per school, but are generally paid for by the parents or subsidized by the school. Our mission is to bring yoga & mindfulness to all KIDS and we happily work with schools to ensure cost is never a dealbreaker.
