March 24: Ladybug & Friends Virtual Yoga Class
Miss Meg will lead a donation-based 30-minute yoga class for all her Ladybugs & friends!
We will explore yoga-based movement, stretching, breathing and singing to cultivate a feeling of JOY! Class will balance both structure and spontaneity as I honor the group’s unique energy. Creative imagery, meditation and relaxation are introduced to give your child (and YOU!) these important calming skills to add to their social-emotional toolbox.
