KNY yoga classes vary in length from 15 - 60 minutes. Classes may be held at your school, daycare, preschool, community center or church. One-time classes or ongoing, weekly sessions can be booked.

KNY Teacher Trainings are comprehensive, hands-on and designed to give you the confidence to create and lead your own developmentally-appropriate, playful and engaging kids yoga classes.
